Technical Principle Of KN95 Mask Inkjet Printer

Technical principle:Inkjet printers use the principle of charged ink particles to deflect under the action of a high-voltage electric field to print patterns, characters and numbers on the surface of various objects.

1. Continuous inkjet technology

Under the pressure of the ink supply pump, the ink flows from the ink tank through the ink pipe, adjusts the pressure and viscosity, and enters the spray gun. As the pressure continues, ink is ejected from the nozzles. As the ink passes through the nozzle, it is affected by piezoelectric crystals. The ejected ink flow is split into a series of continuous ink droplets with equal spacing and the same size, which continue to move downward and are charged by the charging electrode, and the ink droplets are separated from the ink lines. A certain voltage is applied to the charging electrodes. When the ink droplet is separated from the conductive ink line, it is instantaneously charged with a negative charge proportional to the voltage applied to the charging electrode. By changing the voltage frequency of the charging electrodes to be the same as the frequency at which the droplets break, each droplet can be charged with a predetermined negative charge. The positive and negative voltage deflection plates pass through the middle, and the charged ink droplets will be deflected when passing through the deflection plates. The degree of deflection depends on the amount of charge.

2. There are three types of inkjet printers using drop-on-demand inkjet technology, piezoelectric inkjet technology, valve pressure inkjet technology and thermal foam inkjet technology, each of which works differently.

1) Piezoelectric inkjet technology: Piezoelectric inkjet printers are also known as high-resolution inkjet printers or high-resolution inkjet printers. On integrated nozzles, 128 or more piezoelectric crystals are used to control the nozzle plate. Through the processing of the CPU, a series of electrical signals are output to each piezoelectric crystal through the drive board, so that the piezoelectric crystal is deformed, and the ink is ejected from the nozzle and falls on the surface of the moving object to form dots for forming text, numbers or graphics array. The piezoelectric crystal then returns to its original shape, and new ink enters the nozzle due to the surface tension of the ink. Due to the high density of ink dots per square centimeter, the application of piezoelectric technology can print high-quality text, complex logos and barcodes.

2) Solenoid valve type inkjet printer (large character inkjet printer): The nozzle is composed of 7 groups or 16 groups of high-precision intelligent micro-valves. When printing, the characters or graphics to be printed are processed by the computer motherboard. The output board outputs a series of electrical signals to the intelligent micro solenoid valve, the valve opens and closes quickly, and the ink is sprayed into ink dots through the internal constant pressure, and the ink dots form a printing object with moving characters or graphics on the surface.

3) Thermal inkjet technology

Referred to as TIJ, it uses thin film resistance to heat less than 0.5% of the ink in the inkjet area to form bubbles. The bubble expands at an extremely fast rate (less than 10 microseconds), forcing the droplet of ink out of the nozzle. The bubble continues to grow for a few microseconds before disappearing back onto the resistor. When the bubble disappears, the ink in the nozzle retracts. Surface tension then creates suction.
