Melt-blown fabric is created by extruding molten polymer through tiny nozzles to form microfibers, which are then randomly deposited to create a dense filter. The inner layer, which comes into direct contact with the wearer's face, is made from a softer and more comfortable non-woven fabric. This layer ensures that the mask remains comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Once the individual layers are prepared, they are cut into appropriate sizes and then assembled using automated machinery. The layers are carefully aligned and combined, forming the recognizable shape of a dust mask. The mask is then folded and sealed to encase the filter layers securely.

Elastic bands are attached to both sides of the mask to ensure a secure fit around the wearer's ears. The masks are inspected for quality, including proper filtration efficiency and secure attachment of components. After passing quality control, the masks are packaged in hygienic and sterile conditions, ready for distribution.
